For Flowcharts I chose Gliffy
For Mind Maps I chose Bubbl us

Flowcharts are great way to get procedures or strategies laid out in a clear manner. Mind Maps can do the same but they can also just be used to better explore topics. I really like both. I would use flowcharts for colleagues and students and mind maps for my personal use. I actually prefer the mind map. Bubbl us is just such a neat-o tool. I would use it to create lesson plans, different schedules and even study tools for myself. The tools that I really liked was just how easy it was to create and modify the map. Gliffy is good for setting up notes for students and colleagues. The tools that I really liked were the shapes and color options. All in all I really enjoyed both of these web based tools.
