I really liked wiki's. I would use it in a classroom to have discussions or create a class story. I could also use a wiki to make up a class constitution, in which I would write a constitution and each student must change or edit something to make the constitution better. I feel this would be a great idea so that students understand what is expected of each of them.
I found the wiki concept is good and bad at the same time. Used appropriately, a wiki could be a great way to share information between groups of people. However, anyone can edit a wiki. So people could edit in wrong information and groups of people would receive that information. That is how all tools are, internet or not. They can be either used for good or used incorrectly.
